GOD FIRST - Prioritize a Relationship with God (Matthew 6:33)

The foundation of any successful relationship begins with a deep and personal connection to God. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus instructs us to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. By prioritizing your relationship with God, you align yourself with His will, trusting that He will direct your paths, including the path to finding love.

Practical Advice: Beware that anything we have too much affection for can easily turn into an idol. It’s important to keep God first and in doing so we will avoid creating a “relationship” idol. Start each day with prayer and Bible study to deepen your connection with God. Attend church services, engage in worship, and seek fellowship with other believers. Make intentional efforts to align your decisions with God's Word.
